I love my afro. When I whip it out I feel
proud,
feminine,
courageous, and in
control. My afro is my god given halo. I feel unique cuz no two afros are completely alike. Contrary to popular belief: Black people hair textures vary. My twin and I have different hair textures. You can find up to three different textures in one afro which makes it more spectacularly dimensional. However the complete puff fluff is my favorite worn by Queens like
Pam Grier,
Lola Falana,
Erykah Badu etc. It is officially
BlackStory month and I want to begin the celebration with Afros. Each day we will bring you
AFRO OF THE MOMENT.
